As our students begin to reach an intermediate skill level, many of them get what we call “the itch”; the longing to get out of that little box of a room and begin to play with other students. Our Young Band Development Program was created to do just that: get the students rehearsing and performing with each other. A semester format with syllabus and itinerary gives the students and parent a clear timeline, as well as the opportunity to finish out a season, then decide to move into the next semester or take a break. It also gives the students the opportunity to play with many different students throughout the year.

COST:
$750 for entire semester or (5) monthly payments of $150.

SCHEDULE:
Semester is from January 9th – May 12, 2012.
Private lessons are to be scheduled with the front desk (scheduled time will depend on instructor and student availability) and are SEPARATE from Young Band. Private lessons are an additional cost.
Group lessons are to be scheduled with fellow band members and their group instructor.

MATERIALS:
Chosen instrument (except drums) and additional instrument accessories (cables, drumsticks, etc.)
Sheet music or lyric sheet

BAND SIZES:
Up to six members
