Take a journey with us through the stories of instruments! Learn the building blocks of music as our instructors take you and your little rockers through the history of some of rock music’s most heroic characters!

During these 45 minute classes, you will be taken on an adventure. Through our interactive story board format, you and your Little Rockers will learn where instruments found in rock and roll came from, and a wealth of other music knowledge!

Look, listen, and touch. Your Little Rockers will get to see these instruments up close, listen to our instructors play them, and even get the chance to play some of them!

Learn the essential elements of music! As we travel back in time and journey forward through each instrument’s story, your Little Rockers will begin to develop their music vocabulary. They will learn the vocabulary of dynamics (forte, piano, etc.), tempo and meter, and other words that are the building blocks of communication in music. They will learn how to identify different note values and execute them!

Create! Your Little Rockers will be given the opportunity to create songs by coming up with words that rhyme. They will get to make homemade instruments with every day objects.

Sing! Your Little Rockers will learn how the concepts of melody and harmony by singing songs taught by our instructors, as well as the songs we create together!

Move! Your students will put rhythmical concepts in action by clapping their hands, stomping their feet, and dancing to LIVE music performed by our instructors!

Get your Little Rockers ahead of the game, and watch them shine in music class at school! Their teachers will ask, “How does your child know this stuff?” and you will say, “Because my child is a LITTLE ROCKER!”

*Students ages 3 and 4 must be accompanied by a parent for the entire class period.

COST:
$150 ($25 per class) per session

SCHEDULE:
Class is over a 6 week period. Individual classes are 45 minutes each. Exact dates of class TBA.

MATERIALS:
No materials needed. Just your Little Rocker’s body!

LIMIT:
Class size must be a minimum of 6 students and no more than 12 students.
